Coaching Details
If you're feeling called to go inward with guidance that’s fully focused on you, I offer 1:1 Breathwork sessions—available virtually or in person (travel fee applies if I come to you). In this sacred space, we slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect you with the wisdom inside. These sessions are 90 minutes long, with 50–60 minutes of active breathing. We start by getting clear on your intention—what you're moving through, what you're calling in—and let the breath do the work from there. With music, somatic cues, and intuitive guidance, I’ll walk beside you as you release what no longer serves and breathe life into what you truly desire. After the session, you’ll receive journaling prompts and integration tools to help ground your experience and continue the work beyond the session. Whether you're navigating stress, stuck emotions, or seeking clarity, this is your space to feel, heal, and come home to yourself..
