Meet Jen
BreathWork Practitioner
After years of abuse and being diagnosed with MS, I had fallen into a dark place full of depression, anxiety and alcohol abuse. I hated who I was becoming and knew I had to pull myself out of to raise my kids. I was determined to turn my life around and heal myself from within. I did everything; Therapy, rehab, meditation, gym, and diet changes. Along my healing journey, Breathwork found me, and it fundamentally changed me. It has helped me through my trauma, connect with my mind, body, and soul, and manage my stress and anxiety, all of which keep my MS in remission. I am on a mission to help as many people as possible discover the power of their breath and what it can do for them.
Today I live a happy, healthy, very fulfilling life.
