One-On-One Sessions

Coaching Details

If you are craving more of that personal one-on-one touch, you are in luck! I offer 1:1 coaching virtually or in person, if I come to you (travel fee included). Sessions are typically 90 minutes, with active breathing for 50-60 minutes. We will get clear on what you would like to work on and what intention to bring into the coaching session. My voice will then guide you with music as I facilitate your breathwork journey, where you will release trauma, stress, and anxiety while also cultivating more clarity and confidence using the power of your own breath. Journaling and instructions for you will follow after the session. My job is to make you feel safe and coach you through whatever obstacles you are dealing with in life.

One-on-one Breathwork coaching sessions offer a safe and personalized environment for individuals to explore their breath and experience personal growth. What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness.

We store trauma and emotions in our bodies, in the cells, and in the tissues. When we are breathing in these deep breath patterns of Holotropic breathing, it is a way to move that energy and release it.

It stimulates your vagus nerve and takes you out of the fight or flight, and puts you in a parasympathetic state, a state of relaxation.

It is a tool used to get out of the mind and drop into the body, relax our nervous system and calm our minds down.
