“I had my first breathwork experience a few months ago. Jen led a session at the gym I go to. In short, my mind was blown. I went in with no expectations, just thinking we’d do some journaling and breathe calmly for a bit. Fast forward 20+ minutes of intentional tri-part breathwork, followed by a few minutes to relax and just be present for whatever feelings came my way. I felt calm and centered and present and totally connected to those I shared the experience with…some who’d been friends for years, some strangers to me until that day.
