What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that uses intentional breathing patterns to quiet the mind, release stored emotions, and access deeper states of awareness. By consciously working with the breath, we can move past mental chatter, regulate the nervous system, and tap into the body’s innate ability to heal..

Emotions, stress, and trauma are stored in the body at a cellular level. Breathwork helps release this stagnant energy, creating space for clarity, healing, and transformation.

It also stimulates the vagus nerve, shifting the body from a fight-or-flight stress response into a parasympathetic state—the state of deep relaxation and restoration .

Beyond physical and emotional healing, Breathwork expands consciousness by shifting brainwave activity and allowing access to deeper layers of the subconscious mind.
