After years of abuse and an MS diagnosis in 2009, I found myself in a dark place, struggling with depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse. I hated who I was becoming and knew I had to pull myself out—not just for me, but for my kids. Determined to heal from within, I tried everything: therapy, rehab, meditation, exercise, and diet changes.
Then, Breathwork found me—and it fundamentally changed my life. The first time I truly felt its power, I knew this was different. It wasn’t just another tool—it was the key that unlocked a level of healing I didn’t think was possible. It helped me process my trauma, reconnect with my mind, body, and soul, and manage my stress and anxiety, all of which have kept my MS in remission.
Now, as a certified Breathwork facilitator, I’ve guided thousands of people through transformational experiences, helping them break through their own limitations and step into healing. I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck, and disconnected. My mission is to hold space for others the way I once needed—to help them breathe their way back to themselves.
My approach is deeply intuitive, trauma-informed, and heart-centered. Whether it’s a private session, group journey, or facilitator training, I create a safe space for people to release, heal, and transform.
Today, I live a happy, healthy, and deeply fulfilling life. And I want to help others do the same—one breath at a time.
